Daft & Demented: The Blog
John 3:16, ''For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.''

Eph. 2:8-9, ''For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God. Not of works, lest any man should boast.''

Last night, I spent the entire evening/most-of-the-morni ng emailing 69 country radio stations across the United States. The Van Zant brothers, Johnny and Donnie, have a new country album coming out in a few months. I can't wait. Their new single entitled "Help Somebody" has just been released, and I feel the need to help get the word out about it as much as I can.

So I sat here collecting country DJs' email addresses for five hours and emailed them all at once requesting the song. A few of them emailed back and said they'd play it for me, so that was awesome. Hey, they don't know that I live on the opposite end of the continent and have never even heard of their station, LOL.

Please call your local country station and request the song, it really is beautiful. Also visit the Van Zants' official website and listen to the song in streaming audio! Their web designer Tom Soares is currently re-designing the site. I can't wait to see it. He recently re-vamped the Lynyrd Skynyrd and .38 Special official websites also. Methinks he did an extraordinary job!
